Which jurisdictions do you cover?
We priamarily focus on the UK, the EU and the GCC. However we have also had experience working with the West African and APAC regions.
Do you work with in-house counsel?
Yes, one of our core intended business functions is to support in house legal teams both on an ongoing transaction basis as well as to support them with their internal product and template development and with training in our specialisations.
How are your fees structured?
Our fee structures are reflective of our clients' specific requirements.
As such, we are able to offer hourly rates (based on ad-hoc advice and requirements), fixed fees for designated projects and transactions as well as ongoing monthly retainer arrangements for clients who have an ongoing need for our expertise.
